For reasons other than those listed above, exchanges and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
• Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Processing may take up to 15 working days.
• Refunds are issued via InstaPay only (no cash refunds).
• Items must be returned unused and in original condition
• Kindly check the size charts well before placing your order.
